City Sports and F1 offers FREE shipping on orders over $150. Delivery on orders under $150 is $8.95. We offer flat-rate express shipping for $12.95. Please read our Delivery Policy section for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners), PayPal and ZipPay online and in store.
Do you accept AfterPay?
We accept AfterPay in-store only.
If I don't want to give my credit card details over the Internet, can I pay by phone?
Unfortunately we cannot offer payments over the phone. Please know that our website is safe to use and all your information is kept secure.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is extremely safe. When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet. If you are still unsure about sending your credit card to us via the Internet, we do have in-store shopping available.
When do you charge my credit card?
Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order.
Is all your stock available in store?
Everything that we have on our website is available for purchase in store with the exception of items that specifically indicate they are “pre-order” or “online-only”.
What does "Online Only" Mean?
“Online-only” products are not available in store and are dispatched from our warehouse. If you have placed an order which includes any "online only" products your order will be dispatched all together once your online-only products have been picked. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for these to be dispatched. Click and collect is available for online-only products but please note the pickup time will be 7-10 days.
What does "Pre-Order" Mean?
Occassionally we retail some products for pre-order sale before we receive the stock. This allows customers to secure an item before it sells out. Please check the product description for delivery details and estimates about each individual pre-order item. The timeframes are quoted by the manufacturer so we cannot always guarantee them. Any order that contains a pre-order item will not be dispatched until all items are in stock and the order will be dispatched together.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to anywhere else in the world.
Where is my order?
I placed my order today, but I haven't received an email confirmation yet. Why is this?
Our system generates an automatic email after every order confirmation. This can easily end up in your junk/spam folder. Please double check there to see if it has ended up there. Mark the email as "safe" so that any future correspondence about your order will automatically go to your inbox.
How long until you dispatch my order?
If you order on a weekday before 12pm we will aim to dispatch same day. If you order on a weekend we will dispatch your order on Monday. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays. Occassionally during busy periods (F1 Grand Prix weekend or AFL Grand Final week) our staff are overwhelmed but we will do our absolute best to still keep to these timeframes. Please read our Delivery policy section for more information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track at https://auspost.com.au. If you haven't received your dispatch email, please check your junk folder.
My tracking number has no scans or updates yet. Why is this?
All parcels are posted after 4:00pm. It is only when all the day's parcels have been collected by Australia Post that your tracking number is updated to display your order delivery status.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch all orders using Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location. Please use this guide for an approximation on delivery time estimates.
My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now?
Tracking your order is easy. Every order is dispatched with a unique tracking number. Please look for an ‘Order Dispatched’ email (maybe check your junk folder as well). You’ll see a tracking number on there which you can track here
Can I return a product purchased online?
We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and service and there may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Items purchased online can be returned for a refund, details of how to complete your return can be found on our Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy page.
We are unable to offer exchanges on items returned via mail to our online store. Exchanges are only available in store. Alternatively, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size and/or colour.
What do I do if I have forgotten my account password?
Just click on the forgotten password link on the Account link on the top of the homepage and follow the steps to reset your password.
Can I change my account details?
Yes. To make changes to your account details, log-in to ‘Account' using your current email address and password. Once logged in you are able to change your email address, password and billing details. Simply update the appropriate fields and click on 'Save Changes' to save the changes.
