Stock Availability In Store
All stock is available in our Melboure store unless the item specifically states "online only" - these items are shipped out of our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days for these to be dispatched. This time is in addition to the postage times.
Standard delivery is free for orders over $150* (Exclusions may apply to certain products). For orders under $150, standard delivery is $9.95. All express orders are $14.95. Your order will be sent with a unique identification number, which can be tracked at https://auspost.com.au
Bulky and fragile items are not included in our free standard post promotion. These items are clearly marked. Standard delivery for these items is $14.95, $19.95 for express delivery. These items are sent with a signature on delivery for added security.
If the product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and find a suitable alternative for you.
When will my item be shipped?
If you order on a weekday before 12pm we will aim to dispatch same day. If you order on a weekend we will dispatch your order on Monday. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays. Occassionally during busy periods (F1 Grand Prix weekend or AFL Grand Final week) our staff are overwhelmed but we will do our absolute best to still keep to these timeframes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track at https://auspost.com.au. If you haven't received your dispatch email, please check your junk folder.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch all orders using Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location. Please use this guide for an approximation on delivery time estimates.
When will my express post order arrive?
Unfortunately we do not offer an overnight delivery service. We dispatch all orders (including express post orders) using Australia Post. We do not offer any guarantees on delivery timeframes using Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location. Please use this guide for an approximation on delivery time estimates. This guide is not a guarantee and we will not refund or compensate you if your item is delayed by Australia Post.
Do you offer a courier service?
We do not offer a courier service. However, you are most welcome to organise your own courier at your own expense. If you wish to do this, please choose Click and Collect at checkout and advise in the delivery notes that you wish to organise your own courier. We will email you once the order is packed ready to go and we can assist with printing labels to attach to your order.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
Yes! We use Australia Post to dispatch all our orders so we are definitely able to send to PO Boxes.
Will you ship to a parcel locker?
Yes! We use Australia Post to dispatch all our orders so we are definitely able to utilise the parcel locker service available from them. This is a free service offered by Australia Post. If you'd like more information about the service click here.
Click and Collect/Store Pickup
Do you offer Click and Collect/Store Pickup?
Yes! Click and Collect/Store pickup is available on all orders.
How Does Click and Collect work?
Please place your order as normal through our website and click "I would like to collect my order in store". You will receive an order confirmation email and then a "Ready to Collect" email once your order has been picked and is ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect orders until you receive this "Ready to Collect" email.
When will my order be ready to collect?After you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order is ready to collect. Please wait until you receive a "Ready to Collect" email. This gives us time to pick your order and make sure everything is ready before you attend to collect.
We endeavour to have orders ready for pickup within two hours of you ordering. Store pickup is available Monday-Sunday 10am-5pm. If you need your order urgently, please give us a call on (03) 9654 5448. For all pickup orders, Australian government issued photo I.D. with a home address matching that of the order, will need to be produced. If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know. They will still need to produce government issued photo I.D. to confirm their identity and address.
Items marked "Click and Collect" onlyAny order that contains an item marked "Click and Collect only" will only be available for store pickup. This includes if you have added something to your basket that could normally be posted. The entire order will need to be picked up from store.
Shipping for standard orders to New Zealand costs $15.00. For orders including bulky/fragile items, shipping is $25.00 (including signature on delivery). Please allow up to 14 days for your item to arrive after dispatch.
