Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept a return within 28 days of delivery. Products need to be returned (at the buyer's expense) in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. The return must also include the original packaging including the original box, contents, accessories and documentation or an additional fee will be charged. Customised products are not returnable or refundable.
My item is faulty or arrived damaged
If your item is faulty or has arrived damage please email us at email@example.com and we will organise a return label for you. Depending on stock availability we will do our best to organise a replacement. If that is not suitable we will issue you a full refund.
How do I return my item?
Please download this form, complete it and include it with your return. If you do not have access to a printer, please handwrite the details and include with your return. Not including this information will slow down your return.
For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent by us. We recommend using Australia Post Registered Post with Extra Cover.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned item and it has been checked and verified, we will issue you a refund. Please allow up to 2 business days from delivery of the return for the refund to be initiated.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only available in store. If you wish to make an exchange please bring your order in store. If you are unable to come in store you can return the item that doesn't fit for a refund and order the size you need through our online store.
