I want to return my order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept a return within 28 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original postage costs). Products need to be returned (at the buyer's expense) in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition. The return must also include the original packaging including the original box, contents, accessories and documentation or an additional fee may be charged. Customised products are not returnable or refundable.

My item doesn't fit and I want to exchange it for a different size

If your item does not fit, you are welcome to return the incorrect size for a refund and re-order the correct size. Please follow the returns procedure below. We will refund your original order once we receive the return. You are welcome to re-order the correct size as soon as you are ready.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange for online orders. The incorrect size can be retured for a refund and the correct size will need to be re-ordered.

Exchanges are only available in store. If you wish to make an exchange please bring your order in store and we can arrange an exchange for you.

I bought something in store and I need to return/exchange it but I live interstate

We can accept a return on something bought in store. Please use the returns form found below. To facilitate the return, please include a copy of the receipt (if you have lost it, some details so we can identify the transaction like time and day of purchase) and your bank details so we can refund you. We won't be able to refund to credit cards without the card present so please ensure you do not forget to include your bank account details.

If you need to swap for a different size or a different item, please return the original item as per instructions above. Please go ahead and order the new item whenever you are ready through our online store.

My item is faulty or arrived damaged

If your item is faulty or has arrived damage please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise a return label for you. Returns need to be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Depending on stock availability we will do our best to organise a replacement. If that is not suitable we will issue you a full refund.

Please note, a product is deemed faulty only if the actual product arrives damaged and unfit for purpose. We will only cover return shipping if the product is damaged. Any damage to packaging, tags, etc. will not invoke an automatic return. Whilst we take great care with our orders and package them as best we can, there is a small chance that packaging can be damaged during transit. If you are concerned about damage to packaging during transit, we recommend utilising our click and collect service or shopping in store.

How do I return my item?

Please follow the below instructions for returning an item purchased from our website. Please DO NOT return eBay purchases here. If you have made an eBay purchase and wish to return it, please open a return request through eBay.

Please download this form, complete it and include it with your return. If you do not have access to a printer, please handwrite the details and include with your return. Not including this information will slow down your return.

For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent by us. We recommend using Australia Post Registered Post with Extra Cover.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive the returned item and it has been checked and verified, we will issue you a refund. Please allow up to 2 business days from delivery of the return for the refund to be initiated.
